Turn left at the top of Nathional Avenue off Hwy 28 in Tahoe Vista. $3 fee in lot at top of road. (free with NTPUD local's sticker)

Emigrant Gap
Laing Road off I-80, 10 miles west of Soda Springs, south side of freeway. medium steepness.
Incline Village
On the driving range next to the Cateau. Gentile hill
Mount Rose
Meadows and summit. Sled hills in the meadows, about 8 miles up Mt. Rose Hwy 431, between Incline Village and Reno. Farther up Mt. Rose Summit is a steeper slope. Incredible views and worth the drive.
Spooner Summit
About 9 miles south of Incline Village where Hwy 28 meets Hwy 50, west side of hwy 28. Pretty steep.
Tahoe City
On Hwy 89 south about 1/8 mile south of the Truckee River on the east side of the highway. Gentle slope. |
Ice Skating
Squaw Valley has a covered Ice Skating Rink, swimming pool and spa, and bungee jumping tower at the top of it's Cable Car at High Camp.
